This facilitated retreat will build upon the success of last year's conference held in Cocoa Beach on July 15-16, 2004 and focus on creating a structure and purpose for a Florida Water Resources Monitoring Council. Presentations will be given on water monitoring communications, inventory methods, and structures of other national, state and regional councils. Facilitated working sessions will guide group discussion toward the formation and function of the Florida Water Resources Monitoring Council.
