LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Leadership Award is given to the individual who has demonstrated leadership for stormwater research.

This year’s award goes to Denver Joe Stutler. Denver is the Secretary of Transportation and has completed work as the Governor’s Chief of Staff and as Deputy Chief of Staff with the State Department of Environmental Regulation. He did his research work with stormwater detention facilities and has promoted stormwater management methods in him many responsible state wide positions. He truly is a friend of those practicing Stormwater Management.

We recognize Secretary Denver Stutler for his leadership in creating the solid foundations for stormwater management research at the State Level.
